Rui Simeão Sea Salt is produced by hand in the traditional salt pans of Tavira, situated in the Ria Formosa, using natural methods of seawater evaporation. This process yields a salt of high purity, preserving the naturally occurring minerals and ensuring an authentic and balanced flavour.

Stemming from a salt-making tradition with several generations of experience, this salt stands out for its natural quality and respect for traditional production processes, carried out in a protected environment far from sources of pollution.
